When you create an account or subscribe to a membership we collect:

• ✦Your star sign and date of birth (optional)
• ✦Payment information — processed securely by Stripe (we never store card details)
• ✦Usage data such as readings accessed and features used

We use your information solely to provide and improve our services:

• ✦To deliver personalised readings and horoscopes
• ✦To manage your membership and billing
• ✦To track and display your competition entries
• ✦To send you membership-related emails and prize draw communications
• ✦To improve our platform and user experience

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform — including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database) and Anthropic (AI readings). All providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection obligations.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.

We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
