By accessing our platform and using our services you agree that Cosmic Fortune Club is to be considered a curio and entertainment service on your behalf and you release Cosmic Fortune Club from any and all liability with regard to the contents of the site and any readings received.

3. Membership & Subscriptions

We offer the following membership tiers:

✦Free — Stardust (no charge)

✦Star Sign — $4.99 per month AUD

✦Moon Goddess — $9.99 per month AUD

✦High Priestess — $24.99 per month AUD

All memberships provide access to digital content and services as described on our website at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify content inclusions with reasonable notice.

Paid memberships:

✦Auto-renew monthly on your billing date until cancelled

✦Will not be discounted or pro-rated for partial months

✦No refund is provided for any unused portion of a billing period

✦On cancellation all benefits cease at the end of the current billing period

✦On cancellation all accumulated competition entries are immediately forfeited

Price changes:

✦We will notify you by email at least 10 days before any price increase

✦Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price

Upgrades:

✦If you upgrade your membership mid-month no pro-rata credit is applied for your previous tier

4. Automatic Renewal & Payment Consent

By subscribing to any paid membership tier you expressly authorise Cosmic Fortune Club to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment details you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

✦You may cancel at any time via your member dashboard or by emailing hello@cosmicfortuneclub.com.au

✦Billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of the charge. After 30 days all charges are considered accepted.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

✦Your competition entries are suspended immediately

✦You will receive an email notification to update your payment details

✦If your account remains unpaid for 30 days we may cancel your account and permanently forfeit all accumulated competition entries with no compensation

6. Competition Entry Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

All members including free Stardust account holders receive 1 competition entry per calendar month at no charge. A free account is available to all eligible residents.

Entry allocations per membership tier:

✦Free Stardust: 1 entry per month

✦Star Sign: 2 entries per month

✦Moon Goddess: 3 entries per month

✦High Priestess: 5 entries per month

Paid memberships are sold for their content value — daily tarot readings, crystal ball oracle, personalised horoscopes and celestial guidance. Additional entries above the standard free 1 entry are provided as a loyalty bonus and are not the primary subject of any purchase.

This promotion is conducted as a Category 4 promotional game under the Queensland Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 and associated regulations. No permit or licence is required.

Draw structure:

✦A new prize draw is announced each calendar month

✦The draw occurs at the end of each calendar month

✦If the draw does not proceed in a given month all accumulated entries carry forward to the following month — no entries are ever forfeited on rollover

✦Members accumulate additional entries each month they remain subscribed, increasing their chances with every rollover month

Entry rules:

✦One account per person. Duplicate accounts will be cancelled and all entries forfeited

✦Entries are non-transferable and have no cash value

✦Purchasing products or add-ons does not increase your chances of winning beyond the entries included in your membership

✦Guests who purchase a one-off reading and subsequently create a free account will receive 1 bonus competition entry. This one-time bonus is only awarded upon account creation following a guest purchase and is not available to users who create a free account without purchasing

✦Cosmic Fortune Club reserves the right to verify eligibility before releasing any prize

✦Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification or the prize may be redrawn

✦Prizes must be accepted as offered and cannot be exchanged for cash

7. Eligible Regions for Prize Draws

Prize draws are open to residents of:

✦Australia (excluding South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory)

✦New Zealand

✦United Kingdom

✦United States (excluding New York, Florida and Rhode Island)

Members from other regions may access all platform content but are not eligible to enter or win prize draws. Ineligible entries will be removed before the draw.

8. Prize & Brand Disclaimer

All prizes are purchased independently by Cosmic Fortune Club at retail price for the sole purpose of member prize draws.

Cosmic Fortune Club is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by or connected to any brands whose products are offered as prizes. Prize brands change each month and are subject to change without notice.

All brand names, trademarks and product names are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for descriptive purposes only. No commercial relationship between Cosmic Fortune Club and any prize brand is implied or should be inferred.

Prize images are used for illustrative purposes only.

Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent. Cosmic Fortune Club reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value without prior notice.

9. User Conduct

By using Cosmic Fortune Club you agree to not:

✦Create more than one account

✦Hack, scrape, reverse engineer or attempt to extract data from our platform

✦Use automated bots, scripts or tools to access our services

✦Impersonate any other user or person

✦Share your account credentials with any other person

✦Use our platform for any unlawful purpose

✦Harvest or collect other users' personal information

✦Embed, frame or republish our content without written permission

✦Attempt to resell or commercially exploit our services or content

✦Engage in phishing, trolling or any harmful conduct toward other users

We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time without notice for breach of these terms or for any conduct we determine to be harmful to our community or platform. No refund will be provided upon termination for breach.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Cosmic Fortune Club including but not limited to tarot card artwork, crystal ball imagery, botanical illustrations, icons, copy, branding, logo, design, AI-generated readings and all other materials are the intellectual property of Cosmic Fortune Club or are used under licence.

You may not:

✦Copy, reproduce, distribute or republish any content without prior written consent

✦Use any content for commercial purposes

✦Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

AI-generated readings are produced for your personal use only and may not be republished, sold or distributed in any form.

11. Privacy & Data

We collect your name, email address, star sign and payment information (processed securely by Stripe). We do not store card details directly.

✦We never sell your personal data to third parties.

✦By creating an account you consent to receiving membership-related emails including reading notifications, billing updates and prize draw communications.

✦You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

✦THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE AT ALL TIMES

✦ANY READING, CONTENT OR INFORMATION WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR RELIABLE

✦THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY, SUSPEND OR DISCONTINUE ANY PART OF OUR PLATFORM AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY.

13. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COSMIC FORTUNE CLUB, ITS OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PLATFORM OR SERVICES, ANY READING, CONTENT OR GUIDANCE RECEIVED THROUGH OUR PLATFORM, ANY DECISION MADE OR ACTION TAKEN BASED ON ANY READING OR CONTENT, ANY UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT, OR ANY TECHNICAL FAILURE, INTERRUPTION OR ERROR ON OUR PLATFORM.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Cosmic Fortune Club and its operators, directors, employees and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, power failure, internet outage or government action.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice on our platform.

Continued use of our platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia and the Australian Consumer Law.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
